B Yoga 1: Breathe (Beginner to Advanced)
“Breath is the heart of the Practice” Pattabhi Jois. Learn the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga in a fluid sequence that safely reinforces the basics and leaves one feeling happier, stronger and more capable. 60-75 min
B Yoga 2: Bend (Intermediate to Advanced)
Building on a strong foundation, begin to explore the wider world of Ashtanga yoga. More challenging postures and secrets for lightness, balance and strength will be introduced here. 60-75min
B Yoga 3: Be (Intermediate to Advanced)
Combining poses from the first three series of Asthanga Yoga, move through challenging postures free from resistance in a sequence that flies, floats and bends. Intermediate to Advanced. 75-90 min
Short Primary Series: (Beginner to Advanced)
A shortened version of the Traditional Primary Series – all the benefits, half the time! 60-75 min
Primary Series: (Intermediate to Advanced)
This traditional sequence of Ashtanga Yoga known as “Yoga Chikitsa,” or Yoga Therapy is a meditative and healing progression of precise movement and deep postures and is considered to be the most restorative and challenging of all yoga practices! 90 min.
Second Series: (Advanced)
An introduction to the traditional second series of Ashtanga Yoga also known as Nadi Shodhana or “clearing the channels.” This class is the perfect compliment to Primary Series, by moving deeper into back bending, twisting and floating. 90 min
Sweatshop: (All Levels)
A rowdy, non-traditional class that leaves you feeling sweaty and happy all over. A glorious six-pack and tight buns are a welcome byproduct on your journey to self-realization. 60-90min
Mysore Style: (Knowledge of Primary Series)
A group class in which students can practice the complete or a portion of the Ashtanga Primary or Secondary Series at their own pace with the instructor available to help facilitate and assist one-on-one.
